Special
9:15pm
Plaza Frontenac

After a dose of really heavy stuff today comes a frothy film with Michael Rapaport as a comic book geek who believes he has gained superpowers after participating in a anti-depressent trest drug program. Rapaport is always interesting to watch on screen and the script gives him a lot of room to move around.

Fashion Victims
9:00pm
Plaza Frontenac

This German film screened on Saturday and got a pretty good word of mouth about it afterwards. The film goes old school to the glorious days of slapstick comedy. It's an over the top affair about a ladies fashion salesman who is on the lamb from the bank and the taxman. A cataclysmic series of misunderstanidngs causes him to lose his wife see his son fall in love for his nemesis.

A Good Day To Be Black & Sexy
9:30pm
Tivoli

By far the best titled film of the Festival. Six seperate stories depict aspects of contemporary African American relationships in LA. The stories are comedic, poignant and touching.
